We collect the work email you provide to join the waitlist, account and usage information when you use Paul, and standard technical data such as device and browser details. When Paul operates on your behalf, we process recruiting data you connect, including roles and candidate communications.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve our services, to operate Paul's sourcing, outreach, and coordination, to communicate access and product updates, and to keep our platform secure. We do not sell your personal information.
Data sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate the platform, when required by law, or with your direction (for example, connecting your ATS or calendar). All providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Data retention & security
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We apply encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging to protect your data.
