These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of perfectly.lat and Paul, our autonomous AI recruiter. By accessing the waitlist or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Access & eligibility
Perfectly is currently invite-only. Access is granted from the waitlist at our discretion. You must be authorized to act on behalf of your organization and provide accurate information.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Paul only for lawful recruiting activities and to comply with applicable employment, anti-discrimination, and communications laws. You may not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to send spam or deceptive messages.
Your content & data
You retain ownership of the data and content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share any candidate or company data you connect.
Plans & billing
Paid plans are unlocked as we onboard teams from the waitlist. Fees, billing periods, and early-access pricing are presented before you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". While Paul operates autonomously, you remain responsible for hiring decisions. To the extent permitted by law, Perfectly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
